1. Background
Since its inception, Fazheng Group has been adhering to its business philosophy of “Strive for development, and endeavor to serve the people”. Under this principle, Fazheng Group shoulders the social responsibility and devotes itself to the cause of philanthropy.
In order to encourage Fazheng employees to participate in charitable efforts, Fazheng Group and BRCF co-established “Fazheng’s Public Spirit”, a platform exclusively for Fazheng employees. This is a forward-looking, professional and transparent special fund managed by BRCF.
2. Purpose of the Program
(1)To serve as a charity platform for all Fazheng employees and partners. This platform pools love and care, responds to social issues, and raises the awareness for philanthropy.
(2)This program is the demonstration of Fazheng Group undertaking social responsibility. It highlights the philanthropic elements of the Group, thus enhancing the sense of belonging in Fazheng employees.
